The property is about 75% wooded, with the relatively clear area being adjacent to the road. There are no dwellings or other structures. The terrain is flat and the middle part is marshy, being occupied by a flooded part of the Creek à Dallaire. Most of the terrain in the overall area is flat with numerous wetlands, creeks, and small lakes.

The area is rich with wildlife including big game, black bear, moose, deer, etc., and the lakes & waterways have an abundance of pickerel, walleye, bass, trout, pike and many other species of fresh water fish.
